Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Job Search Wizard (the “Service”), operated by Innovative Power Solutions AI (“we,” “us”). By using the Service or paying for access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Service uses AI to help you tailor a resume and generate related job-application materials (a cover letter, an application match assessment, likely interview questions, and suggested next steps), plus an optional supportive check-in message. It is a self-serve tool.

Beta and “as is”

The Service is offered as a beta. It may contain errors, change, or be interrupted. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise or guarantee that using the Service will get you an interview, a job offer, or employment of any kind. The job market is competitive and outcomes depend on many things outside our control. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and verifying everything before you use or send it.

Not professional advice

The Service does not provide legal, financial, career, medical, or mental-health advice. The check-in feature and any supportive messages are not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental-health advice, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US) or your local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful information. Do not use the Service to create false or misleading resumes or claims.
• Only submit information you have the right to submit. If your materials include another person’s personal information, you are responsible for having permission.
• You are responsible for the final content of anything you send to an employer.

Payments and refunds

Access is sold for the fee shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. What each purchase includes is described at the point of sale. If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. This includes attempting to overload, scrape, or disrupt it, reverse engineering it, reselling access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the information you put in and the materials you generate for your own use. We own the Service itself, including its software, prompts, and design.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to cover claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
